Returns & Refund Policy

At Dukkan Maryam, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns and refund process is designed to make things simple and transparent.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Include all original tags and packaging.

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: scarves that show signs of wear, perfume, or makeup stains cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at dukkanmaryam1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a shipping label.
Do not send items back without contacting us first, unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us immediately at dukkanmaryam1@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item showing the issue

We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost once the issue is verified.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or color, please start a return for the original item. Once it’s approved, you can place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to Hello@dukkenmaryam.com.

Important Notes

  • Returns due to incorrect shipping information or buyer error may incur shipping or restocking fees.

  • Refunds will not be issued for unauthorized or unapproved returns.
