Shipping & Order Information
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER — WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and preparation before your order ships out.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates and selected international destinations.
UAE:

Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch
International Orders:

Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Delivery Time: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and carrier
Please note: delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, customs delays, or courier service issues.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please email us at dukkanmaryam1@gmail.com with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER” and include your order number.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS!
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@dukkanmaryam.com or reply to your order confirmation email.
We can correct your address within 24 hours of your order being placed.
If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to make changes.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
All items are carefully packed with protective wrapping, but in rare cases (about 1 in 1000 shipments), items may be damaged during transit.
If this happens, please contact us right away at dukkanmaryam1@gmail.com and include:

A photo of the damaged product
Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge.
FOR PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, available items will ship immediately, and the remaining items will ship as soon as they’re restocked.
You’ll receive separate tracking details once each shipment is dispatched.
